Copyright and DMCA Notices

1. No designated agent yet

Prozone Development LLC has not published a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until that filing is complete we do not claim the DMCA safe-harbor protections in 17 U.S.C. §512. This page explains how to notify us of alleged infringement so we can review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.

2. Where to send notices

Email copyright notices to dmca@tournamentsuite.com. Do not use product support channels for statutory notices.

3. What a notice should include

To help us act quickly, your notice should include the elements typically required under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), including:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL or other locator).
• Your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@tournamentsuite.com that includes your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or for Delaware if you are outside the United States), plus acceptance of service of process from the complainant.

5. False notices

Misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and other applicable law. Only send notices you are authorized to make.
