Community Server Hosting
Partial

Turn Spare Hardware Into Game-Server Capacity

Players and community operators can contribute their own machines as rentable game-server capacity, adding supply to the same regional pools organizers provision matches from.

Contribute Your Hardware

Enroll a machine as a community node and make its spare capacity available to the game-server fleet, the same way a dedicated host would.

Shared Capacity Pool

Community-contributed capacity sits alongside operator-provisioned servers in the same regional pools, so organizers see more available slots without extra infrastructure spend.

Automatic Provisioning

Game servers spin up on contributed hardware the same way they do on any other node in the pool — no manual setup required from the host.

Node Health & Reputation

Contributed machines are monitored for uptime and match stability, and unreliable nodes are deprioritized automatically.

Same Enrollment Tooling

Contributed nodes enroll and get monitored through the same tooling as any other server in the fleet, so there's one operational model, not two.

Early-Stage Program

This is a capacity-contribution program today — hosts add supply to the fleet, and payouts for contributed capacity are on the roadmap, not yet live.

How It Works

From Spare Hardware to a Live Server

1

Enroll Node

A community operator installs the node agent and enrolls their machine into a regional capacity pool.

2

Health Check

The node passes an automated health and stability check before it's made available for provisioning.

3

Join the Pool

Once verified, the node's capacity is added to the same pool organizers provision servers from.

4

Server Allocates

When demand calls for it, a game server is provisioned onto the contributed node automatically.

5

Players Connect

Players connect to the provisioned server exactly as they would to any other node in the fleet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which games are supported for community server hosting?

CS2, TF2, Minecraft, and Rust are fully supported. Additional titles are available on request through the game-server extension programme.

Can I schedule servers to start and stop automatically?

Yes — servers can be scheduled with start and stop times, auto-shutting down after a configurable idle period to reduce costs.

How does WebRCON access work?

WebRCON provides a browser-based terminal for sending server commands in real time without needing an external RCON client.

Can players be banned from a community server?

Yes — admins can ban players by Steam ID directly from the management panel, and bans sync to all servers under the same project.

Is there a limit on how many servers I can run?

Limits depend on your plan tier. Community plans support up to 5 concurrent servers; higher tiers and custom contracts remove this cap.

Add Community Capacity to Your Fleet

Give your community a way to contribute hardware and grow your game-server capacity without adding infrastructure spend.
