What items can be listed on the marketplace?
Players can list platform-issued cosmetics, tournament items, badges, and digital goods. Physical items and third-party game items are not supported.
How does escrow work for marketplace transactions?
Funds are held in escrow when a buyer confirms a purchase. The seller receives payment 48 hours after delivery confirmation or dispute window expiry.
What fees does the platform charge on sales?
Listing is free. A configurable transaction fee (default 5%) is deducted from the sale proceeds before the seller is paid out.
How long do marketplace listings stay active?
Listings are active for 30 days by default. Sellers can relist expired items and adjust pricing at any time.
What happens if there is a dispute over a transaction?
Either party can open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. A platform moderator reviews the evidence and resolves the case within 72 hours.
