Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Prozone Development LLC (Delaware, United States), doing business as Tournament Suite. They cover this marketing website and, when you use them, Arena, Organizer, APIs, wallets, and related products.
Effective 2026-08-17. Governing law: Delaware. Exclusive forum: state and federal courts located in Delaware.
1. Parties and acceptance
By accessing this site or creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Prozone Development LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. No other legal entity or foreign forum is named as a party.
2. License to use the site
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the public marketing site and, if you have an account, the product surfaces we make available to you. We retain all intellectual property in the platform, brands, and documentation.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. Notify hello@tournamentsuite.com of suspected unauthorized access. Organizer accounts must not advertise prize pools they cannot pay.
4. Age
The platform is for users 13 years or older (COPPA). Dating, wallet cash-out, and any paid fantasy or prize contest (if offered) require you to be 18 or older.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to break the law, harass others, cheat, manipulate matches, scrape without written permission, attack infrastructure, or upload infringing content.
6. Product surfaces
Arena, Organizer, the developer API, wallets, and prize or escrow mechanics are governed by these terms when you use those products. Prize, escrow, and wallet behavior is described in the product UI and is not a guaranteed SLA. Paid fantasy contests and a public marketplace are not offered today.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROZONE DEVELOPMENT LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROZONE DEVELOPMENT LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Prozone Development LLC against claims arising from your content, your tournaments, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
10. Intellectual property and copyright notices
Send copyright notices to dmca@tournamentsuite.com. A designated DMCA agent has not been published; we do not claim DMCA safe-harbor status until that filing is complete.
11. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect users or the platform.
12. Governing law and forum
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of laws rules. Exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
