1. Who we are

Prozone Development LLC operates Tournament Suite. Contact the controller at privacy@tournamentsuite.com. We have not appointed an EU Article 27 representative. Visitors in the EEA, UK, or Türkiye may email privacy@tournamentsuite.com to exercise access or deletion requests.

2. Categories we collect

• Account data: name, email, username, organization role.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, IP address, browser, approximate location.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe as a processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Game identifiers you choose to link.
• Support messages you send to us.

3. Purposes

We use this information to operate the site and products, authenticate you, prevent fraud, communicate about the service, process payments you initiate, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Your rights (US, including CCPA/CPRA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@tournamentsuite.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

5. Children (COPPA)

The platform is not directed to children under 13. Dating features, wallet cash-out, and any paid fantasy (if offered) are 18+.

6. Anti-cheat agent

If you install the optional anti-cheat agent, it may collect a running-process list and hardware signals while a monitored session is active. Installing the agent is consent to that collection for integrity enforcement.

7. Automated decisions

We may apply automated sanctions. You may contest a decision by emailing privacy@tournamentsuite.com.

8. Subprocessors

We use service providers in these categories: cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and identity/authentication. International transfers are to United States processors.

9. Retention

We keep account data for the life of the account and for legal holds after closure. Request deletion at privacy@tournamentsuite.com.

10. Cookies

This marketing site uses essential cookies to serve pages. We do not load marketing or analytics cookies until a preference center exists.
