Manage project communications from the hub

The communication hub gives you a single place to oversee email and notification activity across every tournament in a project.

The communication hub is the starting point for all participant messaging in a project. From here you can review communication activity, manage audiences and templates, and get to delivery policy, receipts, and run history — without navigating into individual tournaments.

Where to find it

Projects → [Project] → Communication → Hub

Step by step

  1. Open your project and click Communication in the left sidebar.
  2. The hub loads with a summary of recent communication activity across all tournaments in the project, including counts of active campaigns, templates, and audiences, plus a delivery analytics panel (see below).
  3. Review the Audiences section to see pre-configured recipient groups. Audiences can target project members, tournament participants, match participants, report participants, officiating assignments, a custom segment, an ad hoc list of recipients, or specific user IDs. Audiences are used when creating campaigns.
  4. Browse Templates to view or edit reusable message templates. Templates let you apply consistent formatting and wording across multiple campaigns.
  5. From the hub, navigate to Communication → Policy to configure delivery rules. Policy is set per channel (email, SMS, push, in-app, webhook, Slack, Discord) and lets you enable or disable each channel, choose whether its rules are advisory, enforced, or disabled, turn on quiet-hours enforcement, set a per-day frequency cap, and require a verified destination before sending. Set this before sending any campaign to avoid accidental over-communication.
  6. Navigate to Communication → Receipts to see per-message delivery status. Use this to confirm a specific participant received a message or to investigate a failed delivery.
  7. Navigate to Communication → Runs to view the history of all past campaign sends, including send time, audience size, and delivery outcome. Expand a run to see its individual delivery jobs, and retry any job that failed.

Delivery analytics

The hub also surfaces a rolling analytics summary for the project — total messages delivered, opened, and clicked — so you can gauge campaign performance at a glance without opening individual runs.

What happens next

Once you understand the hub layout and have your delivery policy configured, you are ready to send your first campaign. See Campaigns for step-by-step instructions on creating and scheduling participant messages.

Hold prize funds in escrow

Escrow commits prize money to a protected pool before a tournament starts, walks it through funding and verification stages, and releases it to winners once a dispute window clears and payout requirements are met.

Create and send campaigns to participants

Campaigns are messages sent to a defined audience of participants, either immediately or on a schedule.
