Set Up Branding and Sponsors

Branding controls how your tournament looks on the public player site and in broadcast overlays. Sponsors are managed at the circuit level and can be made available to the tournaments under that circuit; sponsor logos then appear on the public page and are available for broadcast graphics. Sharing generates links and embeddable widgets you can distribute to players and viewers.

Step by step

Basic branding setup

1. Go to Branding → Visual.
2. Upload your tournament logo. Minimum size is 256×256 px; PNG, JPG, and SVG are all accepted.
3. Upload a banner image using the same upload panel. There's no required or recommended size for the banner.
4. Go to Branding → Colors and set your primary and accent colors.
5. Go to Branding → Public to turn on the public page, set a custom URL or domain, and edit the SEO title and description shown when the page is shared or indexed. You can also toggle the "Powered by Tournament Suite" badge, and use the Preview and Copy link buttons to check the result.
6. Go to Branding → Social and add your Website, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook links — these are saved to the tournament's social settings and surfaced alongside its public page.

Managing sponsors

Sponsors are created and edited at the circuit level, not on an individual tournament. To add or edit a sponsor:

1. Go to Settings → Sponsors, or Projects → [Project] → Circuits → [Circuit] → Sponsors.
2. Click Add sponsor.
3. Upload the sponsor's logo, enter the sponsor name, an optional website link, and a sponsor tier (e.g. Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze).
4. Drag sponsors to reorder their display position, and use bulk actions to change tier or delete multiple sponsors at once.
5. Click Save. Sponsor logos become available to any tournament in that circuit that inherits circuit sponsors.

On the tournament itself, Sponsors shows a read-only list of the sponsors currently applied to that tournament (name, tier, position, and status), and a Tiers tab summarizing how many sponsors fall into each tier.

Sharing the tournament

1. Go to Share in your tournament sidebar.
2. Copy the direct link to share the tournament's public page via social media, Discord, or email, or use the one-click Facebook and Twitter/X buttons to share it directly.
3. Use the embed section to generate iframe embed codes for widgets you can place on an external site — choose the widget type (registration, tournament overview, schedule, stage/bracket, group standings, round, match, or game), then set the locale, theme (tenant, dark, or light), and size (compact, standard, or wide) before copying the generated code.

What happens next

With branding and sponsors in place, you're ready to go live:

• Publish and Go Live — make the tournament visible and open registration
