Project Dashboard

Understand the project dashboard and what each section shows you.

The project dashboard is the home screen for a project. It gives you a snapshot of your program's activity, participation volume, and recent history so you can see where things stand before drilling into a specific area.

Projects → select a project

Step by step

There are no actions required to access the dashboard — it loads automatically when you open a project. The sections below explain what each area shows.

  1. Project header — Shows the project name and description. An Archived badge appears next to the name if the project has been archived, and a Demo Data badge appears if the project is using demo content.
  2. Summary cards — Six stat cards give you counts at a glance: total tournaments, active tournaments, completed tournaments, total participants across all tournaments, total matches, and project members.
  3. Recent tournaments — A list of the most recently created or active tournaments with quick links to open them.
  4. Activity feed — A chronological log of changes and events inside the project.
  5. Members — A short list of project members with a link to view the full team and manage invitations from Settings → Team.
  6. Quick actions — Two shortcuts at the top of the dashboard: Settings to configure the project, and New Tournament to start creating a tournament directly from the dashboard.

The stats and lists on this page reflect the data as of your last page load — reopen or navigate back to the dashboard to see updated numbers.

Which sections appear in your project's sidebar navigation depends on the features enabled for that project, so two projects may show a different set of tools alongside this dashboard.

What happens next

From the dashboard, you can navigate to any area of your project. Configure how your project appears publicly before going live with your first event.
