Review your project's financial activity
The financial overview gives you a consolidated view of revenue, transactions, and payout activity across all tournaments in a project.
The Financials page is the central dashboard for everything money-related in a project. It pulls together revenue from registration fees, marketplace activity, and payout disbursements so you can see the full picture without jumping between tournaments. The page has three tabs: Overview, Participant Payments, and Reconciliation.
Where to find it
Projects → [Project] → Finances
Step by step
- Open the project from your dashboard.
- Click Finances in the left navigation.
- The Overview tab loads by default.
- Review the summary cards at the top of the page:
- Total revenue — combined gross income across all tournaments in the project.
- Net revenue — revenue after fees and refunds are deducted.
- Pending payouts — disbursements that have been approved but not yet processed.
- Completed payouts — disbursements that have already been sent.
- Below the summary cards, a second row shows analytics for the project: monthly recurring revenue (MRR), subscription churn rate, refund rate, and a ranking of your top tournaments by revenue.
- Use the quick links to jump to related sections: Wallet Ledger, Tax Compliance, Refunds & Disputes, Manual Payments, and User Balances.
- Further down the page, a Status card summarizes your billing status, payout count, and number of open blockers, alongside a separate Blockers card listing any issues that must be resolved before payouts can proceed (for example, missing payout setup or unverified accounts).
- A Payout Setup Status card shows whether your organization's payout method is verified. See Payout setup to configure it.
- Scroll further to see the revenue chart, followed by a table of recent transactions — registration fees collected, payout disbursements sent, and marketplace activity.
Participant Payments tab
Click the Participant Payments tab to see a per-registration table of entry-fee payments across the project's tournaments. Use this view to reconcile individual participant payments and to mark manual or offline payments (for example, cash or bank transfer) as paid.
Reconciliation tab
Click the Reconciliation tab to see a tournament-level table of open reconciliation issues, useful for tournaments that use escrow. See Escrow for more on how escrow funds are held and released.
Payouts
Payout reporting and payout rules live in their own section, separate from the pending/completed payout totals shown on the Overview tab. From the project's left navigation, open Payouts (in the Commerce group) to review payout history and configure payout rules.
Subscription plan management
Subscription plan management is a separate section from Financials. From the project's left navigation, open Subscription Plans (in the Commerce group, next to Finances) to manage your project's subscription plan and payment method.
