What Is Tournament Suite
An overview of Tournament Suite, its white-label multi-tenant model, and the surfaces organizers, players, sponsors, and developers use.
Tournament Suite is a multi-tenant, white-label competition management platform for organizers running tournaments, circuits, and leagues. Each organizer runs their own isolated, fully-branded instance of the platform — including a player-facing site that can be served on your own custom domain — while Tournament Suite hosts and operates the underlying infrastructure. You use it to structure your program, manage participants, track results, and publish everything to a player-facing experience under your own brand, all from one place.

White-label and custom domains
Tournament Suite is not a single shared site that every organizer's players pass through — it is white-label at its core. Each organizer's project gets its own isolated Player Experience, and you can bind it to your own custom domain and branding so participants see your competition running under your name, not Tournament Suite's. The three surfaces
Organizer Workspace is where you spend your time. You create Projects and Tournaments, configure brackets and stages, manage registrations, and control publishing settings. All articles in this help center describe the Organizer Workspace unless noted otherwise.
Player Experience is what participants see. When you publish a tournament and share the registration link, players land on a branded site — on your custom domain if you have one configured — where they can register, view schedules, and follow results. Players can also get the same experience through Arena Desktop, a downloadable desktop app, as an alternative to a browser. You do not configure the Player Experience directly — it reflects the settings you apply in the Organizer Workspace.
Admin Control Center is an internal surface used by Tournament Suite staff. Organizers do not have access to it.
Other product surfaces
Beyond the three surfaces above — which cover organizers and players, the audiences this help center is written for — Tournament Suite has two more surfaces for other kinds of accounts:
- Sponsor Portal — a separate, authenticated dashboard for brand and sponsor accounts to discover talent, run ad campaigns, manage sponsorship contracts, and track spend analytics.
- Developer Portal — public API keys, webhooks, and SDK documentation for teams that want to integrate with Tournament Suite programmatically. See the Developer docs to get started.
