Project Settings: General and Appearance

Update your organization name, localization and contact details, upload a logo, and customize your project's appearance.

Project settings let you control the identity, appearance, and operational details of your project. Changes here affect both the internal platform experience and any public-facing pages associated with the project.

Where to find it

Projects → select a project → Settings

General settings

Settings → General

Open Settings from the project sidebar, then select General. This page covers your organization's identity, localization preferences, and contact details.

Organization identity

Update the Organization Name and Description fields to change how your organization is identified across the platform, then save.

Localization

Set the defaults used for scheduling and formatting across your project:

  • Timezone — the default timezone used when displaying dates and times.
  • Default language — the default language for your project.
  • Date format — how dates are displayed.

Contact

Configure the contact and outgoing-email details used for your project:

  • Website URL — a public link to your organization's website.
  • Support email — the address participants can reach for help.
  • Email "from" address and "from" name — used as the sender identity on outgoing tournament emails.

Appearance settings

Settings → Appearance

Open Settings from the project sidebar, then select Appearance to customize the visual identity of your project's public-facing pages.

Theme presets

Quick-select one of five named theme presets — Arena, Graphite, Academy, Neon, or Commerce — to apply a coordinated color scheme in one click. You can still fine-tune individual colors afterward.

Brand colors

Set Primary, Secondary, and Accent colors independently, each chosen from a palette of preset swatches, to align your project's pages with your organization's visual identity.

Tagline

Add a short tagline that appears alongside your branding on public-facing pages.

Logo, favicon, and banner

  • Logo — upload an image file to appear on public-facing pages and in participant-facing communications.
  • Favicon — upload a small icon used for the browser tab on your project's public pages.
  • Banner image — upload a wide banner image for use on public-facing pages.

When you upload a new logo, you can also pick it from previously uploaded images in your project's asset library instead of uploading it again.

Typography

Optionally set a custom font family name and a custom CSS block to further tailor the look of your public-facing pages. Use custom CSS with care — invalid CSS may affect how your pages render.

Save your changes to apply the updated appearance to public project pages.

Other settings

  • Billing — Manage your subscription plan, view invoices, and update payment details. Navigate to Settings → Billing.
  • Domains — Configure a custom domain for your public tournament pages. Navigate to Settings → Domains.
  • Wellness — Configure wellness and mental health policies that apply to participants in your project's tournaments. Navigate to Settings → Wellness.

Archiving a project

The project Settings hub (not the General page) has a Danger Zone section for archiving and restoring your project:

  • Archive Project hides an active project from active views. Your tournaments and data are preserved, and you can restore the project at any time.
  • Once a project is archived, the same section shows a Restore Project button that makes it active again and visible in your workspace.

There is no permanent-delete option for projects — archiving is the only way to remove a project from active use, and it is always reversible.

What happens next

Once your project identity is configured, invite your team and start building events.

  • Invite team members and assign roles
